Why do you work for San Francisco Christian School?

I love teaching, and 2nd grade is my favorite grade. I love being on campus with my own children as well. Being able to teach and also pass along truths from God’s word and His love makes my work deeply meaningful.

Interesting Facts

Before living in San Francisco I served as a missionary and teacher in places like Japan, China, and Thailand. I love traveling and learning. My favorite pastime is reading for fun while drinking coffee, especially cozy British mysteries. I love teaching 2nd grade. My hope for each of my students is that they will leave my class remembering: “God made you. God loves you. Reading is awesome.”

6 in a traditional school setting. (I homeschooled my own children for 10 years, was a Classical tutor for 4 years, taught 2 semesters at a college, and taught English in an ESL setting while overseas.)
